Distinct Advantages
Employing Bradley Center residents offers definite advantages to employers; some advantages are monetary and some can offer peace of mind. Each resident employed offers the following advantages:

Bonded for potential monetary problems
Federal Tax Break for employers
Screened for Appropriateness
Drug-free -- To be sure the resident is alcohol and other drug free, each resident is urine tested and breathylzed on a regular basis. This should make it easier to initially qualify an individual for employment, and also provide an ongoing check to be sure they continue to be drug free while residing at the Bradley Center.

Tax Break -- The Federal Government provides a tax break to employers who meet certain provisions of employment. The tax break applies to each resident employed according to these special tax provisions.
