Variety of Residents Available

Employees Available
The Bradley Center has a number of residents who are available for employment in the local and nearby communities.  Most residents are employed in the Michigan City area, but there are those who are employed in the South Bend and the Lake County areas, along with other surrounding communities.
Distinct Advantages
Employing Bradley Center residents offers definite advantages to employers; some advantages are monetary and some can offer peace of mind.  Each resident employed offers the following advantages:
Drug-Free through regular urine and breathalyzer testing
   Bonded for potential monetary problems
   Federal Tax Break for employers
   Screened for Appropriateness
Drug-free -- To be sure the resident is alcohol and other drug free, each resident is urine tested and breathylzed on a regular basis.   This should make it easier to initially qualify an individual for employment, and also provide an ongoing check to be sure they continue to be drug free while residing at the Bradley Center.
Bonded -- Each resident is bonded by the Federal Government for the work they perform while a resident at the Bradley Center.
Tax Break -- The Federal Government provides a tax break to employers who meet certain provisions of employment.  The tax break applies to each resident employed according to these special tax provisions.
Screened for Appropriateness -- When an employer provides our employment specialist with the skills, abilities, experience, etc. desired, the employment specialist will screen the individuals available for their employment appropriateness according to the employers desired guidelines.

Warning: You should check with your tax preparer for any final determination of tax advantages to your company.
